Most developers don't speak business.
Most business people can't build. I do both.

MVPs, internal tools, dashboards and automations for founders and small businesses — built fast, with a business brain behind every decision.

// What I do

Four ways to work together, each with a clear scope.

Start small with a Discovery, or go straight to a build.

01Discovery / AuditFounders and business ownersAbout 1 week

A working session plus a written plan: what to build or automate, in what order, and roughly what it involves. A low-risk first step before committing to a build.

02MVP BuildFounders4–8 weeks

From an idea to a launched product people can log into. Scope, build, test and ship, with a business brain behind every decision.

Internal tools, dashboards and automations that replace spreadsheets, copy-paste and manual follow-up.

An ongoing retainer for new features, maintenance, reporting and the "can you just…" requests that come up once software is in use.

// How it works

From first call to live software.

  1. 01

    Call

    A free call to understand the idea or the problem.

  2. 02

    Plan

    A written plan: what to build, in what order, and what it involves.

  3. 03

    Build

    You see working software early, and it is tested before it ships.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    Go live, then keep improving it together.

// FAQ

Questions people ask first.

What does it cost?

Every project is different, so I scope it after a free call and send a written quote before any work starts.

How long does it take?

A Discovery takes about a week. A Business Systems Sprint takes two to four weeks, and an MVP four to eight.

Who actually does the work?

You deal with me directly. For bigger builds I work with the Onwards Analytics dev and data team: Faizul, Ryan and I build products together.

Do I own the code?

Ownership is agreed in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprises at handover.

What time zone do you work in?

I am based in Dhaka (UTC+6) and work with Australian teams every day. Calls are booked in your time zone.

// Next step

Got an idea or a messy process? Let's talk.

A free call, no obligation. You'll leave with a clearer idea of what to build and what it involves.
