    Six years on the phone with customers in the US and Australia: selling, generating leads, setting appointments and keeping clients. It taught me what clients actually ask for, and how to explain things plainly.

    Left sales to study full time. Completed a Data & Business Analyst program and built my first dashboards and SQL case studies.
